methrowrockHello hello. Once again, I'm here to post about my week.
Another week has flashed by and now, it is time to recap and reflect. I fear my memory won't last me any longer. The first half of the week was well, normal. Not comprehending Miss Wan, catching up on homework and trying to stay awake dring classes- common flavours of the week. Crapping with Dilys- balance atop of Oomshala Mountain on one leg, do a handstand in Oomcharla cave, cartwheel across Oomfalubalumalu (??) ocean, somersault across Oomshusala glacier-, ignoring Bob, nearly dying after 2.4km run with Dilys, looking out for and getting excited about Sidekick, laughing with/at Estelle in the mornings- yup, normal stuff indeed. Valentine's Day, though, was a little different.
Different as in, I decided to be a giver of presents this year. Initially, I wanted to bake, along with Geraldine and Elvin, but plans changed at the last-minute so I sold two bags of flour to Elvin, after a long bout of convincing that plain flour = all-purpose flour, and made cards instead. Drew, wrote and decorated the cards from 7.30pm to 1.30am- the extent of love I feel for S11 haha. Whoo!
Thursday started on a good note, as I saw Sidekick the first thing in the morning haha. Estelle was funny, as usual haha. After coming to NJ, I've gotten closer to people I would not have talked to as much before and I'm glad for that. :D The hall was all abuzz during assembly as people flitted around, giving presents and hugs. It was a happy and boisterous atmosphere that made me smile continously haha. Received an unexpected flower from Susan and Wei Jie and that brightened the day even more. I'm not sure how to describe it, but that day, the mood, the qi fen was something that had to be felt to make it memorable. It was just very :D and made you go "awww", sigh wistfully in your heart and wish that everyday could be as joyous and blissful. Yeah, something like that haha. Laughed alot that day too, no thanks to the EE (Easily Excited) club, comprising of Qiao Wei, Dilys and I; the submarine *toot toot, unidentified object spotted* HAHAHA; Audrey Ho and her HOHOHO and CHEEPing along to songs with Dilys again HAHA. :D Yeap, soccer training was tons of fun as well, especially the uber-tiring but uber-satisfying 5-on-5. I like the other people who joined too. Sat down on the canteen steps with Emily, Yi Tong, Azizah, Shiyun and Li Wen and talked about KI, universities, haunted toilets and the like. Yup, it was a great day, all in all.
Okay, I will post about Chingay another day as I really have to start my homework. Thanks to US 27, Chingay was a fantastic experience man. But till another time. :D
