were the four words that dominated my thoughts all day. And why the sudden resurgence of interest? Because Tiffany and I headed to Jia's house today to watch BIG BANG'S THE GREAT CONCERT DVD. (!!!) Shucks, my love for them increased by another hundred-fold, if it is possible. From Seungri's adorable pandering to the camera, to GD's cute bowl-cut hairstyle which makes him look like a kawaii kodomo, to Top's wild, gruff voice and his perceptible stiffness while dancing, to Taeyang's general hotness, to Daesung's strong clear voice and his trademark :DDD grin, it all served to make me a bigger fan. The concert simply blew me away. The remixes of the original songs were <3 and the performances were so energetic. GD's highly stylised solo was goosebumps-inducing. Arghhh, I wish they would hold a concert here. You're sure to see me in the front row. :)

After watching the concert, we moved to other random Kpop videos. Think: Big Bang MVs, Tae Yang's solo performances, Shinee's heart-melting dances, Wonder Girls' annoyingly catchy songs and ecetera. It was fun, going crazy while dancing to So Hot or bouncing along to Haru Haru haha. And Shinee, oh Shinee! Cross my heart, I'll fall in love immediately if I see anybody doing the "Replay"/"Love Like Oxygen" dance well. Yes, their chereography is that sleek and polished. I would learn, if not for poor eye-body co-ordination. D: Ack, the Korean mania has sunk in yet again. Fated to Love- whaaat's that? From here on, it's Big Bang, DBSK, Shinee, Epik High and others all the way.

Oh, had the first training in ages this morning. The attendance was paltry, but it was still somewhat productive. I need to improve!! I can't continue sucking. :( It's a good thing we're starting now. Otherwise, there really will not be enough time.. Alright, off for some Family Outing lovin' now. Jae Suk + Dae Sung (Dumb & Dumber) = HAHAHAHA :D

I give up trying to concentrate. My ability to find new academically-unrelated things to do never ceases to amaze me. Just last night (morning?), I spent at least six hours talking to Jia En over msn. But it was hilarious. Fangirled over SHINee and Big Bang, then watched SHINee (Reality Show, Behind the Scenes, high quality! performances) and Big Bang (mostly Taeyang's voice, Taeyang's biceps and Taeyang's abs), fangirled some more. Think Key is so funny!; Onew has such a nice voice!; Onew can play the piano and sing!; Taeyang so haaawt! and you get the idea. Moved onto Gossip Girl, where we exchanged a running commentary, which included omg, what's with Chuck's hair?; HAHA mother chuck(er) basstard; i like this song..; OMG NATE SO HOT!; who's that girl!?; STUPID DAN; don't. like. jenny.; me. like. eric.; blair is so prettayeee; ooh british accent! and similar few-syllabic statements. It was fun. Then more SHINee and Big Bang talk before Jia got consumed by more and more fashion blogs haha while I embarked on my new-sneakers-hunt. And that was pretty much how six hours flew away. It was too quick. It felt good to have these msn conversations with her again though. :)

Oh and then today? Slept at 6am and woke up at 7am with a splitting headache, brilliant. Rain was blanketing the town so heck, I skipped Bio mock for sleep. And the rest of the day slipped past too quickly again. I remembered some newspapers, a little livejournal action, a 75 minute gabcrapfest with Dilys, random tv, more eljay fun, messing around with subtitles with Comme Une Image, ohh! and House, the rest of Pushing Daisies and now, 5am on a Saturday morning, September 6th, the most of my holidays gone. I enjoyed it though, despite the unproductivity. My new name should be Losaar for staying at home for four days straight but hey, I am not a socially needy person so it's cool. I cannot wait to watch Crazy Stone (疯狂的石头). Gotta love China websites and the Chinese, baby. There is nothing that they leave out. Till another time.

BIG BANG!
Their latest mini-album, HOT ISSUE, really blew my mind. It is one of the few albums which I fell in love with on first listen. The introductory track Hot Issue hijacked my cerebellum and made dancing an involuntary response. Then came Fool, starting with a GD falsetto. Infectious and swoonsome. Third on the list was But I Love U which has now become my favourite! It simply begs to be played on a loop. I won't give a blow-by-blow account of the rest of the songs, but please check Hot Issue out when you get the chance. You won't regret it. If you do regret, well, hmm, ah, here's a sigh for you, haisss.


Yup, so that was Big Bang. Wish I could say that I have been getting a bang for my buck with life these days. But nope, nada, zilch. My days don't register a blip on the Excitement radar. Wednesday was spent draped over the couch in Grace's house, in front of her tv. I realised, that day, how hugeass it is. Watched Battle Royale, Zodiac and Heroes there. We were in the mood for bloodbaths and goryfests. Brouhaha, that was my macabre laugh. Nah, we just picked the shows at random. I can't wait till the next episode of Heroes. 好刺激啊！ Jia En came over the next day. And of course, when one fangirl meets another, they start communicating with da universal language of fangirlese! Plenty of exclamation marks whizzing around the house yesterday. DBSK's Bonjour Paris photobook is tres lovely~! But nah, I'll loosen my purse-strings only for All About DBSK 2. Before: (^_^)v After: (^_O) (wincing at the price) HAHAHA, that is like Shindong's half-cool, half-charisma face! Anyway, went over to Jia's house today to watch the Big Bang Documentary. SPAZZ. I grew to like them even more after the 5 hours. Their tenacity, talent and hard work deserve a standing ovation. The 5 of them maketh for a formidable team. B to the I to the G, BANG BANG!

To lessen the patheticalness of my humdrum existence, I have been watching Grey's Anatomy. Cristina Yang is really my McLOL and George "Bambi" O'Malley is my McSQUEEEE! He is so bumbling and adorable. Grace remarked that it was a weird character to like, considering all the other hotter options (think McDreamy and McSteamy). However, I can't help but to succumb to his charms hahaha. Alright, time to up and leave, terraaa.
