So I started on a new show: Parks & Recreation, and it is HILARIOUS. The first season was average. Maybe it was because there were only six episodes, and it was a show where the characters, their quirks and their interactions slowly grew on you. By the second season, I was hooked. I cracked my ribs laughing at the scenes where Ron Swanson, with his furrowed brows and the Mustache, always stole. I loved the eternal optimism and determination that Leslie Knope possesses, despite the crazy townies and slacker-colleagues. Tom Haverford's has such a grating, but weirdly endearing, personality. It feels like self satire whenever I see April Ludgate's deadpan stares to the camera. Andy is a big fluffy teddybear. Ben Wyatt-Leslie Knope is my new otp. Oh, I could go on naming the rest of the characters. But the character who really made me love this show was... RON SWANSON. With his hefty built, crisp and mocking one-liners, hatred for intimacy and affection, he is a perfect contrasting foil to Leslie's genuine passion and boundless enthusiasm. And you gotta love that he really doesn't give two shits about anything, other than bureaucracy, breakfast food, and his two ex-wives, both named Tammy, whom he detests with vitriolic venom.




And school? School is on the back-burner, what else is new?

lol i'm a casual infinite fan, mostly cos i'm busy too and i can't keep up with 3 fandoms. my knowledge of them remains at thinking that their first single is catchy while the rest of their songs are bleh, and that their latest video is pretty.

and L (myungsoo) is a looker.

hmm i am guessing one of the fandoms is big bang? what is the other? haha i liked infinite's first single too! didn't understand the love for Before the Dawn though, and yes, Nothing's Over was so nice to watch.

haha! i understand where the attraction lies, but my tastes are geared towards sungyeol. he reminds me of song joongki at some angles heh.

beast! but their songs (excluding their debut single and their minialbum intro tracks) are kinda terrible. i guess beast is more of a proper 'fandom' in my case since i pay attention the members' characters, etc, that is separate from their music. big bang traverses the line between artists and idols to me, and i find that i have less interest in their personal lives.

Which one's Sungyeol? i don't know anyone else in infinite except L, sad to say.

hmm you didn't like Beautiful or Soom? interesting haha. ahh i see. are they making a comeback soon? big bang is big bang yeah. i like that they are not as packaged as other idols and that they do their own thing. you rarely hear news about their activities, other than performances and the odd variety. quite excited for daesung's Running Man episode! hehe.

sungyeol is the lead of the MV, the despondent one. and also the one without any lines. :( haha you could watch their variety show, You're My Oppa. tablo and mithra appear in it sometimes, and they're quite a hoot.

Soom was Shock part two for me (horrible 90s pop-sounding generic wannabe techno rock idk...) and Beautiful was cute but bland. Cube puts out really safe singles when they have great songs like Just Before Shock, Lights Go On Again, etc. Have you heard Kikwang and Hyunseung's single? They aren't even my faves and I adore their self-composed song. YES I'M EXCITED FOR DAE'S EP. it's even more of a bonus with Yonghwa. I love him on Running Man, no idea why.

oh i see. he's very pretty, the type you want to sayang, hehe. epik high needs their own documentary! i'd watch the hell out of that

hahaha, i see. but at least, the performances made the songs work. Beautiful made me smile everytime, because of their dorky expressions and actions. ah, LGOA was quite an eye-opener. that was what made me start noticing Beast. hmm Let It Snow? haha yes, i liked the My Story mini-album. and yooseob's duet with dalmatian's daniel! grawr, it is kinda sad that dalmatian hasn't gotten more attention. their recent release was chock full of nice songs.

and hahaha! dumb & dumber are finally reunited. yonghwa is such an ace. he's one of the few guests who can keep up with the RM cast. you can always count on him to do the job, which is refreshing. yess, it helps that sungyeol acts like a kid, so you'll go d'awww, so kyuttt hahaha. ah, they used to upload videos on their yt channel right?

yes, the beast boys work extremely hard. i really think they need a long break to renew their direction. and also to get some proper sleep! especially Yoseob.

trueeee. for a while, yoseob was everywhere! and sungyeol was born in july 91, which makes him 20. L was born in march 92, so 19. damn, they are all getting younger. D:
